The secret is out, my baby sister has become way cooler than me. It’s kind of unfair, but then again, being an adult has perks too. Over Christmas my family took a trip to Branson, MO and stayed in a crazy cool three story cliff house. On the lowest floor there was an indoor pool, and a regulation size racquetball + basket ball court. No one really wanted to swim in the pool, I’m pretty sure the chemicals were way off because everyone would start coughing when we went into the room.
I’m a mean sister though, so I had to make Rebekah get in the pool. You see, my little cousin, Charity has acquired a love for photography and I wanted to help her, I wanted to give her some portrait taking tips, and the poll room had the best light. *Bright & Diffused*. Rebekah would play model since she is rather used to me taking her pictures, she’s stunning, and she knows how to do her own makeup better than anyone I know.
Anyway, there was a wall of light coming from the other side of the pool, we made sure we faced her in that direction for most of the shoot. I felt sure that if I could get her in the water, that Mauve top would create a really cool waterline, so I bribed her. Anyway, that’s about as much detail as I can offer for a pretty short notice shoot! Enjoy the images! You can see this shoot published (along with a little blip I wrote) in Defined Magazine’s Self Love issue!
